This recipe is not our invention but comes from a fabulous bakers cookbook, “Sarabeth’s Bakery, From My Hands to Yours”, Rizzoli, New York. This book is full of incredible recipes, ideas, and just good information for any baker. We were lucky enough to find her jam at a local store and it is incredible, (good to eat with a spoon). You could also substitute raspberry jam and create another yummy taste sensation.
