These cookies remind me of a warm gooey S’more around the campfire, a favorite childhood memory for me. They are filled with rice crisp cereal, marshmallows, lots of chocolate chips and cooking oats! But it doesn’t end there, you drizzle the top with a warm mixture of cream, marshmallow and more chocolate. These cookies are chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside; the perfect combo. You can add nuts but we are purist and go with the chocolate and marshmallow only. These won’t be a regular on our menu, but will be a regular in our cookie jar!
